From October 2024 only HGVs over 12 tonnes rated three stars and above, or those with a PSS fitted, will be allowed on London’s streets. The changes aim to further enhance the safety standards of HGVs and reduce the risk of serious collisions and fatalities on London’s streets.
The Guardian DVS progressive safe system (PSS) conveniently provides the full range of electrical and signage requirements to be compliant with the legislation as of October 2024.
This kit is designed for vehicles that already have a DVS system fitted but will need upgrading to meet current requirements. It is compatible with your current camera system and left turn alarm giving you the option to just upgrade the parts you need.
All kit parts can be ordered individually if required.
