Ripca compact LED work lamp

This collection currently holds one Ripca product: an 18W compact LED work lamp with a flood beam pattern. It runs on 12V or 24V, so the same lamp suits a van or an HGV, and it is rated IP68 for sealing against dust and water.

The adjustable bracket lets you angle the beam after fitting, and the 3.5 metre cable gives you length to route back to a switch or junction point. For higher outputs, spot beams or different mounting styles, browse our full LED work lamps collection.

Frequently asked questions

What does IP68 mean on a work lamp?

The first digit, 6, means the lamp is dust-tight. The second, 8, means it is protected against continuous immersion in water under conditions set by the manufacturer. For a work lamp mounted on a chassis, rear frame or headboard, that covers road spray and rain.

Will the Ripca lamp work on a 12V vehicle?

Yes. It is rated for both 12V and 24V systems, so the same lamp can be fitted to a 12V van or pickup and a 24V HGV or trailer without a voltage converter.

Should I choose a flood or a spot work lamp?

Flood lamps spread light wide over a short distance, which suits working around the vehicle, coupling up or loading. Spot lamps throw a narrow beam further, which suits lighting a specific point at range, such as the back of a trailer from the cab.

How long is the cable on the Ripca work lamp?

It comes with a 3.5 metre cable, which gives you length to route back to a switch, relay or junction point. Use a fused supply and a suitable switch when wiring it in.
