Collection: Vitesco Technologies (56)

Shop Vitesco Technologies NOx sensors at Truckstop Group, each listed by the OE part number it replaces. The range covers Iveco, MAN, DAF, Cummins, Volvo, Renault, Scania and Mercedes applications, with cable lengths from 415mm to 915mm. Order by the OE number on the sensor you are removing. Parts are in stock for next-day UK mainland delivery or same-day collection from our branches.

Vitesco Technologies NOx sensors

A NOx sensor reports nitrogen oxide levels in the exhaust to the engine management system, which uses the reading to control AdBlue dosing in the SCR system. When a sensor fails, the vehicle logs a fault, and depending on the system it may limit engine power until the fault is fixed.

Each Vitesco sensor here is listed by the OE number it replaces, for example 51154080019 for MAN, 2006243 for DAF and A0111536228 for Mercedes. Sensors that share a connector can still differ in cable length and in the reference they carry, so match the full OE number rather than the plug. Cable lengths in this range run from 415mm to 915mm.

Frequently asked questions

What is a NOx sensor?

A NOx sensor measures nitrogen oxide levels in the exhaust and reports them to the engine management system. On a vehicle with SCR, the reading is used to control AdBlue dosing and to check that the catalyst is reducing emissions as it should.

What are the signs of a failing NOx sensor?

An engine warning light, fault codes for NOx or SCR efficiency, and higher AdBlue use or dosing faults are the usual signs. Depending on the system, the vehicle may also limit engine power until the fault is fixed. Diagnose with a scan tool before replacing the sensor.

Which vehicles do the Vitesco NOx sensors fit?

The range covers Iveco, MAN, DAF, Cummins, Volvo, Renault, Scania and Mercedes applications. Check the OE number on each listing against the sensor fitted to your vehicle, as sensors that share a connector can differ in cable length and reference.

How do I find the right NOx sensor?

Read the part number from the sensor or its control unit on the vehicle. If you cannot read it, call us on 01527 68279 with the registration and engine details and we'll check.

Do I need to clear fault codes after fitting a NOx sensor?

Yes. Clear the stored fault codes with a diagnostic tool after fitting, and follow any adaptation or reset procedure the vehicle maker specifies. Then run the engine and recheck for faults before the vehicle goes back into service.
